…the idea I’m floating around is to have a "Credit Millionaire" Lifestyle experience with you.
If we do this, it we be in light of something Donna and I are definetly and actively doing.
Here’s the deal, Donna and I are currently testing a new business loan program.
The loan is for $1.5-million.
The main qualifications are credit score and business entity age & paydex.
The business entity needs are so specific the loan officer has a rather costly seasoned corp solution that is "required" and provided not only a 2 year old (or older) corp, but one with ein, tax returns, physical address, 411 and phone book listing, etc.
The application is stated income, no-documentation, no proof of income.
The ongoing cost of funds has an interest rate of 1 to 3 points above prime fixed.
The loan requires a personal guarantee for the first year of the loan which is removeable after that year provided all payments are on time, every time, and there’s no significant changes to your credit score and no negative changes to your business.
The loan is funded in 3 rounds, each one is $500,000. Fees for the entire $1.5-M will not be reported here but do include the seasoned corporation of a very high quality and the vast majority of them are paid at funding.
So here’s the idea…
Donna and I are going on our annual "New Year’s Cruise" with the top business marketers of the world. I’ve already invited the loan officer for this loan to go. When he says, "Yes." What do you think of having a special event at sea. Where on the sea days you meet with the loan officer and get his loan started for yourself?
Attendees would bring their "recently pulled" (in other words, pull it that week you leave for the cruise) tri-merge credit report with scores, and we advance you where needed — and in some cases just complete the paperwork — right on the ship.
This would be limited to say 16 attendees.
The event would be "free" meaning there would be no profit build into the event you would pay what the Carnival cruise line charges. Your only commitment would be to meet us one more time to record a video testimonial after you loan approval and funding.
The cost of the cruise will be, assuming you get a balcony cabin for example, about $1200 per person and includes 8 meals a day with all the food you want, your housekeeping, your on-ship entertainment, taxes, cruise fees, even some of your tips, and of course the time with Donna and I is our gift to you.
One final point here. When I say "cost of the cruise" that is per person. And cruises are booked based on double occupancy. What that means is, either you would want to room with another credit millionaire coming or bring a friend (even someone just coming for the vacation).

There is another program out there requires FICO 720+, is this the same requirement with your program.

We have just purchased and 6 year old corpoartion for doing exactlly what I beleive you are talking about. I would like to find out if we are on the same page, and the cruise sounds GREAT - BUT PLEASE tell me you aren’t goin to wait until New Years to do this!!! We sould have 3-4 of these corporations going by then, at that point the cruise would b a little after the fact.

My personal credit score is not great, low 500’s. However, I do have a seasoned Paydex score of 79/80. Would this combo still be a viable option for me?

Am I right in understanding the loan officer has the prerequisite seasoned corporation with the tax returns, etc. available as part of the package? If so, I’m definitely interested!
My wife, Lanell and I own and operate three businesses. We are also real estate investors. The loan amount is something we are very interested in. However, we are not interested in going on a cruise just to find out we can’t get the loan for some reason. We both have high FICO’s (750+). A corp w/ tax returns and paydex would be needed as our businesses are 2-5 years, but only incorporated 1-1/2 years.

I am very interested in your program, but I have been approached with an identical program already, I have followed you for sometime now and enjoyed your phone coaching very much. I would like to go through you because with the broker I am using,they require a shelf corporation with an 80 paydex score and very specific financials I assumed that anyone could use a business that had tax returns and not have to purchase one of their corporations but that is not the case with this program.
Is your program different? I also wanted to know how to get in contact with you about other programs for business funding. I have two very good programs but I didn’t want to directly advertise on your site and step on any toes. I plan on taking the commissions I am getting and going through your program if your shelf corp price is cheaper.
